Ella's Senior Session on Her Family's Property


I was so excited leading up to her session that I honestly lost sleep thinking about all of the possibilities. Between watching the weather forecast and imagining how everything would come together, my mind just wouldn't shut off. I knew this session was going to be something special.


Ella had a clear vision for her senior portraits, and one of the things I loved most was that every photo was taken on her family's property. Photographing seniors in a place that already holds so many memories makes the experience even more meaningful. Instead of traveling to multiple locations, we used the beautiful scenery that has been part of Ella's life for years, creating images that feel personal, authentic, and uniquely hers.

From the lighting to the gorgeous backgrounds, everything came together perfectly. Seeing her vision of the swing over their pond come to life ,with the help of her dad, was incredibly rewarding, and I felt honored to be the one trusted to capture her senior photos.


The sessions I love most are the ones that feel personal. Whether it's a location that's been part of your life for years, outfits that feel like you, or little details that tell your story, those are the things that make your senior photos unique. Looking through Ella's gallery, I couldn't stop smiling. I feel as if every image feels so her, and that's exactly what I hope for with every senior session. I know I probably sound like a broken record, but I really do have the best seniors. Getting to meet amazing families, bring each senior's vision to life, and capture such an exciting milestone is something I never take for granted.
