Karissa’s Senior Session at Kohler-Andrae State Park along Lake Michigan

Karissa, a senior at Plymouth High School, started her session with hair and makeup before we headed out for an evening at Kohler-Andrae State Park along Lake Michigan. It was the perfect setting for her senior portraits, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather.


From the very beginning, I was so excited for this session. Karissa brought such a fun energy, and everything came together perfectly—from the gorgeous location to her outfits and, of course, her confidence in front of the camera.


I love creating a session that feels personal to each senior. Whether that means starting with professional hair and makeup, exploring a favorite location, or simply having fun and letting their personality shine, I want every senior to walk away with images that feel completely like them. I loved how she incorporated her FFA jacket!
